2022 Hong Kong European Union Film Festival

Discover the best of contemporary European cinema at the 13th edition of the festival which will take place from July 15 to 31, 2022 in Hong Kong.
The festival is organized by the European Union Office in Hong Kong and Macao, in partnership with the Member States and Switzerland and in association with the Broadway Cinematheque network of exhibitors.
The festival will delight local filmgoers with a selection of 18 recent award-winning European films that have not yet been screened in Hong Kong.
It will open on the evening of July 15 with the Ukrainian drama "The Forgotten" and close on July 31 with the Polish thriller "Leave No Traces".
The film representing France is Guillaume Brac’s comedy "À l’Abordage" (Hall Hands on Deck) produced by Geko Films, which received the FIPRESCI award, special mention, of the Panorama selection of the Berlin International Film Festival in 2020.
